    Got 15 pushups each round, 15-6 air squats, and 35 double unders

    15 chest to bar pullups

    Snatch Pull
    215# x 3 x 4 sets

    Back Squat
    250# x 3 x 3 sets

    Airdyne EOMOM
    30 cals – did 2 minutes straight at the end for 60 cals

    Every 4 mins for as long as possible
    3 rounds
    15 cal airdyne
    5 muscle ups
    *if you don’t get 3 rounds completed in the 4 mins then you’re done

    Got thru 9 rounds in 12 mins and called it there as I wanted to see how that much felt. probably would’ve smoothly made it thru the next 4 min cycle then it would’ve gotten hairy. in retrospect adding 1 muscle up per 4 minute cycle would’ve made it more of a beast but still good stuff nontheless
